By installing or using Price Checker (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

Description of the Service

Price Checker is a browser extension that analyzes web pages you visit to identify product pages, tracks price history, and displays results via an HTML widget/overlay and the extension popup. The Extension is provided for informational purposes and does not modify site content beyond rendering a read‑only overlay.

User Responsibilities

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and website terms.
• Do not use the Extension to harm, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to services or data.
• Evaluate results carefully; price assessments are probabilistic and cannot guarantee detection of all discounts or changes.

Permissions and Operation

The Extension uses permissions such as activeTab, tabs, storage, and host permissions (e.g., <all_urls>) to detect products and present price data. The Extension may send minimal technical and product‑related data to backend services solely to retrieve price history and return results. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
